Ingredients and Directions

1 c Tomato juice

1 1/2 md Tomatoes

1/2 Onion; chopped

2 tb Chopped cilantro

1 Jalapeno chile; minced

1 Serrano chile; minced

1 1/2 ts Salt

1 Garlic clove; minced

1/8 ts Sugar

Blend together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Source: Bon Appetit, date unknown
