Preparation time: 2 minutes



3 ounces (approximately 1/2 cup) dried blueberries
6 ounces (approximately 1 1/4 cups) dried pineapple
6 ounces (approximately 1 1/3 cups) sweetened dried cranberries
1 cup salted soy nuts

Combine all ingredients in an airtight container, cover, and shake to combine.

Yield: 3 3/4 cups
