Cantaloupe cooler
Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1/2 cup nonfat, no-sugar-added vanilla yogurt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 packet NutraSweet
Dash cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 1 serving
