Simple spiced tea mix
Preparation time: 5 minutes
2 cups artificially sweetened instant iced tea mix with lemon
2 tubs (0.5 ounce each) powdered sugar-free orange breakfast drink mix (such as Tang)
1 tub (0.5 ounce) powdered sugar-free lemon-lime drink mix (such as Crystal Light)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container. To serve, put 1 1/2 teaspoons tea mix into a mug and add 8 ounces hot water. Stir well.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups dry mix (72 servings)
